Service is being provided to the extent possible and will return to normal as soon as the situation allows.

The 22-digit tracking number and the 10-digit tracking number are unique identifiers assigned to each Estafeta shipment. Both are printed at the top of our service guide. You can also find them on your purchase receipt.

No, the system only allows two options to track a shipment: by tracking number or by tracking code.

It may be due to a capture error, which you have captured, check it and try again. It is also possible that the shipment has not yet entered Estafeta. Please wait a little while.

If your shipment is already in route, it is not possible to change the delivery address.

It is the possibility to change the date, place and time of delivery of your shipment, free of charge, within the same city.

If the characteristics of your service guide allow it, when you track your service, the button to reschedule your shipment will be activated.
