Estafeta’s
International Logistics Center has the adequate logistics infrastructure
to provide you with integral import and export services.
Strategic location
It is located in the International Airport of San Luis Potosí
(AISLP), an equidistant point from the cities of Mexico, Monterrey
and Guadalajara. 64.4 million people and 80% of the country’s industrial base
are located in a radius of 560 km.The AISLP has excellent land communications and connections with
the main airports of the south of the United States.
Besides, it has a modern customs facility, on a 12,308 squared meters
area.
Infrastructure
Fiscal Precinct
It has a 4,528 m2 area with a covered area of 2,925 m2. This facility
is equipped with scales, CCTV, access control, mezzanine offices,
isles for trailers with leveling ramps, and maneuvers patios.
Exchange Center
Modern mechanized and computerized inter-modal transference center that allows the interchange of parcels and cargo between the land and air modalities. It operates 50 thousand shipments on a daily basis, with the following infrastructure:
• 51,693 m² surface,
• 7,002 m² construction surface,
• 4,345 m² warehouse,
• 9 unload platforms,
• 70 load platforms,
• 1.8 kilometers of transporters.

Estafeta is subscribed to the Registro de Empresas Certificadas de la Administración General de Aduanas (Customs General Administration Register of Certified Companies), and thus offers the following advantages to its clients:
- Dispatch of merchandise for import or export to companies that are part of the Registro de Empresas Certificadas (Register of Certified Companies) without the need to enter the bonded warehouse.
- The second customs inspection does not apply.
- Merchandise imports and exports via land, by means of the internal transit regime.
- Temporary import, shipping or return abroad of spare parts, parts and accessories of temporarily imported vessels.
- For permanent imports with pediment T1 neither the subscription to the Importers Registry nor to the Sectorial Registry is required, as long as the customs value of the merchandise does not exceed 5,000 dollars per pediment, and that no more than one operation per addressee or consignee takes place in each calendar month.
- Their operations are not subject to the exclusive customs scheme.
- Simplified dispatch of merchandise to be imported.
