Service for clients who require proof of delivery with the addressee’s
signature.
Each week, or the agreed-upon frequency, the client will receive
the duly detailed acknowledgement of receipt with the following
information: name, signature, date and hour of delivery and, if
pertinent, the company seal.

$17.00 per shipment. Minimum purchase: 61 waybills.
In this mode, we require the consignee
to show his/her ID (voter registration card or passport) and we register the folio number
in the proof of delivery.

$5.00 per shipment. Available for high-volume clients.
This service is for high-volume clients or for massive shipments
that require an efficient handling of delivery tests.
Acknowledgement data: waybill number, origin, destination, date
and time of receipt, name and digital signature (available in main
cities) of the person that receives, and reference.
Document insurance with Estafeta’s digital signature.
Delivery made through Estafeta’s on-line messenger service, Buzon-e.
Long term electronic storage.

At no additional cost at any of our 415 offices in Mexico.
Addressees may pick up their shipments during next 10 working-days
since its reception in the office, by presenting
their official identification (voter registration card or passport)
and in the case of companies, a power of attorney.
Shipment arrival at the respective destination office is reported
by our tracking system.
Shipments that have not been picked up after 10 days are returned
to their place of origin. Shipments to border areas lacking the
appropriate documentation for return will incur a daily $5.00 (USD)
storage fee.

1.25% of value declared on shipment.
20% deductible / Minimum $15.00 per waybill / Maximum coverage $100,000.00.
For shipments with a value exceeding the equivalent of 30 times
the minimum wage in force in the Federal District, we recommend
the Optional Insurance Policy offered by a well-known, reliable
insurance company.

$15.00 per visit. No additional charge for regular and /or high-volume
clients.
Verify the established pickup schedules with your Estafeta agent.
To expedite the service, we suggest you have your shipments ready
to go (duly packed, with the completely filled out waybill adhered
to the package) at the appointed time.
When requesting pickup, provide the following information: pickup
address, number of envelopes and/or packages and weight and size
of the latter.

$30.00 plus cost of delivery service.
Service for customers who need to have evidence of their deliveries with their own documents (bills or others).
Available for regular customers, prior negotiation. Two modes are offered:
Obliged Signature. Delivery is provided only when the consignee previously signs the document, which is returned
to the sender with the selected service.
Optional Signature. The customer may sign the document at the moment of delivery or may sign it afterwards and
deposit it at an Estafeta office or require pick up service.
