To issue a location and tracking order, first use this form to track the
waybill on-line.
To complete the tracking order and send it to Customer
Service, click on the waybill number on the results page.
(You need a valid waybill number to issue a tracking order.)
To track your shipment, enter up to 20 waybill digits in the space provided and
press "Send". Your waybill has 22 digits. Use only the last 12 digits
(marked in red) for tracing, as follows:
