ISO 9001:2000
Commitment
to Quality
Since
2000, we have been granted ISO 9001:2000 International Quality certification
in the areas of sales, operations and customer service for nationwide
messenger and parcel delivery service in Mexico City and the metropolitan
area.
In
2004, we succeeded in extending this certification to the cities
of Toluca (Mexico State), Cuernavaca (Morelos), Puebla (Puebla)
and Guadalajara (Jalisco).
Certification
was granted by the Quality Management Institute (QMI), an internationally
recognized Canadian organization accredited in the United States,
Holland and Mexico. Among the over 150 companies QMI has certified
in Mexico, several of which are Estafeta clients, are John Deere,
Casa de Moneda (the national mint), Mobil Oil, Seguros Tepeyac,
Sherwin-Williams, Citizen, DINA, Kraft, Mabe and specific divisions
within Telmex and Vitro.
ISO
9001 provides us with an established, reliable framework to ensure
that our processes systematically and consistently result in quality
deliveries that live up to client expectations.
