Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee on-time delivery of your shipments: in case of delay for causes attributable to Estafeta, you will receive an equivalent service, free of charge.

Available for 7:45 a.m., 9:45 a.m., 11:30 a.m., Next-day and Two-days delivery services in all payment methods.

For further information, consult the sixth clause of the Services Agreement.

Important:
Guaranteed delivery does not apply in the following cases: incomplete or incorrect information (name, address, zip code, telephone number) or inadequate packaging or with special dimensions.

Automatic Coverage

In case of loss attributed to Estafeta, we protect your shipment up
to 30 times the established minimum wage in the Federal District. Consult the Fifth, Seventh, Eighth and Ninth clauses in the Services Agreement.
