How to pack your shipments
Preferably use a new corrugated cardboard box, with no labels
or addresses on it. In addition to the waybill, include a label, both
outside and inside, with sender and addressee information. Specify if
it is a fragile shipment or if a particular position is required.
To protect your product, fill up the empty spaces with special shipping
material: expanded polystyrene foam, bubble wrap or the like.
To seal your packages, try to use special tape (for example, tape at least
6 cm wide) and cover all sides of the box, especially the cover and bottom.
Metal or plastic shipping straps are recommended for heavy packages.
Tied packages are not accepted, since they are easily damaged.
If you are sending cylindrical or rolled up objects, they
must be put inside corrugated board boxes or have cardboard stops stuck
to their sides to avoid them from rolling over.
Placement
of the Estafeta Waybill on Packages
Place Waybill on the top surface of the box or package (place it on
a side surface only in case the box is more stable in a horizontal position).
Do not wrap the package with black material or bags and make sure the
Waybill is completely uncovered: never cover it with iron straps, tape,
stretch film, plastic bags or other materials.
Stick the Waybill on a uniform surface to prevent it from detaching
or damaging and make sure it does not wrinkle.
