What is a tracking order? A tracking order is a formal request for Estafeta to search its system and locate a shipment.
What is the Order Service schedule? Service schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
What is Estafeta's response time ? Customer Service responds to a request generated through the Internet site within six hours. Orders issued in the afternoon will be responded to on the following business day.
Why do I need a waybill number to issue an order ? The waybill number is the essential piece of information for conducting any search in our system.
How can I issue an order if I don't have the waybill number? In that case, you must obtain the waybill number from the person or company who sent you the shipment.
Why must I know the origin and the destination to issue an order ? We cannot provide a complete answer to your request without this information.
